Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A booking becomes confirmed only when Bright Cleaning Services agrees the date, time, scope and price with you.
Estimates and final pricing
Website estimates are indicative and may change after reviewing the property, condition, access or requested scope. Any material change should be agreed before work begins.
Access and safety
Customers are responsible for providing safe access and disclosing relevant hazards, pets, parking restrictions or special requirements.
Changes and cancellation
Notice periods, cancellation charges and rescheduling rules must be confirmed by the business owner before these terms are used in production.
